- a wide range of initiatives and projects, summarised in an action list [updated in July 2010 – in PDF format] and reviewed by the accessibility and transparency discussion group (comprising financial services practitioners and consumer representatives)
- proposals for further activities in relation to accessibility and transparency – as set out in our corporate plan and budget for 2009/2010 and for 2010/2011
